Fixed Term Tenancy Agreement Notice

You may have to pay the rent according to your fixed term if you: If a lessor has breached an essential provision of the rental agreement, the tenant may terminate the rental agreement without full months` notice. When and how much termination you give depends on the type of rental you have and what your lease says. If a landlord gives the tenant the termination of the lease and the tenant wishes to move earlier, the tenant must nevertheless inform the landlord 21 days in writing. The tenant can then use this form as proof to end their lease without penalty.
